Best Western Kissimmee Inn

Our stay was everything that I would want. I like everything clean. I would stay there again if I get to go over to Disney World. The breakfast was great .

We had some bad luck with the hotel - The breakfast area had four small tables only, and the food was along a counter at the back of the tables. This was not a smart design, as you had to squeeze around the other guests and take the food to go. The waffle maker was a good idea, but there was not enough space to make food or eat it. The health dept closed the pool, and we were not notified. We were sunning, waiting for the 30 minutes to pass until the chemicals were filtered. Meanwhile, the sign was put up on the inside of the door, saying the pool was closed. No one even bothered to check if guests were on the pool deck. Just by luck, another guest came to tell us that the pool had been closed. Last, the fire alarm went off about 6:30 am, as the staff had burnt breakfast. We had to walk down four flights of stairs and wait outside in the wind until the all clear was given by the fire department. We won't be going back to this hotel. read more

They weren't very organized, place was a little dirty. They didn't ever provide service to the room, everything required a trip down to the front desk.
