The public spaces were nice. The size and presentation of the room were good.

Could not get a king bed.

At this time (September 2009) the street is under major construction, and traffic is difficult. Once completed, access should be excellent.

The restaurant was wonderful and food was really good.
Bathroom needs updated - old 70's tiles and long hairs on the bathroom shower walls.

Hotel in general was very nice. Rooms were nice and people were very friendly. I'd recommend this hotel to others especially if they had little kids. The pool and water slides looked like it would be a lot of fun for families.

The pool area was nice.
Bugs in the room, decor was very dated and could hear cars outside.

There were bugs on my pillow up on checking in. The hotel was so close to the expressway that you heard trucks driving by all night. The room was on the first floor with sliding glass door to outside that was not locked when I checked in. The only positive experience was that the pool area was nice considering the overall hotel.

If the rooms were refreshed it would be nice.
It was not as clean as I would have expected for the rating.

The lobby is lovely. The restaurant great. The child facility was fantastic. The room was at one time great, it's tired now.
