Room was unacceptable.

Non-smoking room; reeked of cigarette smoke. Visible, active fleas in room. Bitten through night, in bed, by either bedbugs and/or fleas.

Staff was outstanding.
Closed free hotel pool for party. Allowed us to use Water park pool free of charge.

Staff was extremely helpful. Room was clean, well maintained. Location was a little awkward off of Rt. 26 but doable. Would use again if need be.

Adequately sized room.
No continental breakfast, housekeeping staff was rude, indoor waterpark WAY overpriced.

OK for business travelers where the company is picking up the food tab, but there was no continental breakfast, housekeeping staff was rude, indoor waterpark was way overpriced and very small - even my 7 year old looked at it and said it looked like it was for babies - and not worth the money

The water park was a true hit with the kids!
The bed was horrible. It was hard as a rock.

I had originally requested a room with 2 double beds. When we walked into the room there was 1 double bed and a twin sized pull out couch. We had four people staying in this room which they knew about when we checked in. My son ended up sleeping on the couch cushions on the floor. The double bed was hard. Other than those two complaints everything was great.

The room was comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. We loved the Buccaneer Bay water park.
Our room was smaller than we had expected and the bathroom was out of date.

The room was comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. However, we were disappointed with the size of the room (Standard with king size bed). The bath room was very small and needed updating.

The pool was cold, the water park was expensive at $15.00 per person, the pillows were crappy, and the beds were very hard. I did not sleep the whole night. Very disappointed, the kids were upset that we couldn't swim at the water park due to the cost $60.00 for 4 people to swim two hours! The other pool was very cold and too deep for the kids, shallow end was 3'.
