The room.
2nd nicest hotel I have ever stayed in and the nicest was my price. Loved the room at the Best Western. Just loved it!

Nothing.
Room was dirty and old.
This hotel is about a 2 star hotel. The price was too much and the night staff was rude.

The location to the Interstate , It was quiet, and easy check out.
I was pleased with the non smoking areas, the desk staff were very pleasant to work with. The room was
very clean and perfect for what I needed. I will continue to use Priceline for all my travel needs. It was very fast and easy to use. Thanks.

Comfortable bed with refrigerator
Not close enough to Purdue, loud air conditioner
Just OK hotel. Quick 1 night stay but would not want to stay there for any duration. Caters to young family with children more than business people or University visits.

Convenient to highway, restaurants and shopping.
All was okay.
The hotel was clean, nice accommodations. If you are looking for a high class hotel, this is not it. But
to sleep at only, it was what I was looking for. It was very clean, and that is a priority for me. My son and I slept great.

Staff was friendly and willing to change us to a room with 2 beds.
The bathroom mirror was hung too low and I couldn't see the top of my head when styling my hair & I'm female.
Overall impression was very good with an attractive lobby, hallways and rooms. I was disappointed to find a stain on the white backing of the bedspread that appeared to be coffee. Very low ceiling above the shower head. Bathroom mirror hung too low and couldn't see the top of my head when styling my hair (and I'm female).

Beautiful, clean, convent, great restaurant, price.
Bed too hard.
Overall the hotel was one of the best I've ever stayed at. Minor things hard mattress, sink was slow to drain and bathroom door did not lock, but I reported those things for them to look into. The restaurant was amazing, the pool and water park were a great plus. The staff was wonderful. The location was great.

The pool was nice and it had a water park.
The pool heater was not on and the sheets do not fit the bed.
Overall, the hotel was very nice but we had some minor problems; the toilet kept running in our room so it had to be fixed by maintenance, the sheets did not fit the bed and therefore kept coming off, the heater in the pool was not on or was not working, and we were told that there was going to be 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a sofa bed in the room but there was only 1 king and a queen-sized sofa bed in our room. We made do with everything we had to deal with but we still think it was worth the money that we paid for the room! read more
