The hotel itself was generally OK but it was having computer trouble and for three days we had to stop in the office to have someone open our door every time we went in and out also we arrived early and were tired from our trip and needed to sleep we were only a couple of hours early and yes they did accommodate us for of course the full rate. Personally I felt they could have offered us a discounted rate due to amount of time we were there for and the inconvenience of a total computer failure which lasted for three days this definitely effected my review of this stay negatively. read more

No fitted sheets, the bottom sheet kept falling off and we ended up sleeping on the mattress.

Comfortable beds and nice linens are very important in a hotel. This hotel needs to invest in
real bedding.

Liked how the room was cleaned everyday stayed for a week.
The front clerk that checked us in was not very friendly.

I liked that my room was clean when I arrived back every night and the pool had a bar.

Breakfast at the restaurant was great, and the staff was
too.

The hotel was a great value for the price. Clean rooms, great maid service, excellent breakfast at the restaurant. Very helpful staff members.

Very clean, nice size pool.
Access to vending machines was poor.

Excellent value for the price, clean, safe feeling at this hotel. Great location, near great restaurants and not far from theme parks. Beds are Standard or double beds, would be better if they were Queen size. Liked having the in room fridge and that it was not filled with expensive snacks. Good internet access. All around good hotel.

We would stay again. The hotel was clean and the grounds were beautiful. We had no problems and the children loved the pool.
