I was pleasantly surprised but didn't think it was a 3 star.
Construction was ongoing at the time we were there and it was difficult to enter at the main entrance.

Provided transportations to ski lodges and around town.
The staff did not know anything. They could answer no questions about the town or where the van would pick you up or how to get to hotel from airport.

The hotel was nice the staff was simply not knowledgeable. The acted as though they were flown in from another state to work there.

Location was about the only thing.
It was not well kept and thought it was lower quality then expected.

I would not stay there by choice. The room was clean but not the quality expected.

Our room faced the pool which they opened at 8 am.

Overall, our experience was wonderful. The only thing I would change is maybe open the pool an hour or two later. Otherwise the experience was great.

Great location about 10 minutes from Park City. Very close to factory outlet stores. I'd stay there again for sure.

First 2 remotes for the TV did not work.

Good hotel for a good price. I would stay there again.
