Best Western Mardi Gras Inn

The Hotel is near apartment complexes that appear to be for people living from day to day. Scary environment.

This hotel has a much larger room than initially appears, is conveniently located a short walk from the monorail (Convention Center), has a great breakfast featuring make-your-own waffles, and has a very friendly staff.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the food was excellent.

The hotel is in a very strategic spot. It worked out well for New Year's since one had a good view of the fireworks. We were also able to avoid the Strip traffic.

The location of the hotel, ease of parking and free wireless internet is a plus. That aside, the hotel is three stories with our room located on the first. We could hear running water and water droplets when our second floor neighbor turned on his/her faucet. This was truly a nightmare for a light sleeper.

This hotel is located 1 1/2 block from monorail which is a good way to travel to strip and very inexpensive. The overall atmosphere of hotel is not very pleasing to the eye.

Never again, 1st shift staff ok, second staff very unfriendly. Toilet leaked all night, light and fan kept coming on all night. Hotel seemed not to care. Will never recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Good location, excellent idea of the shuttle to the strip, but needs renovation.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice big room to stay in and an awesome late night bartender.

Had a problem while staying here. Front desk was told of the problem, they passed it off to security. Security called Management to see how to deal with it, but they said it was a "security problem". After 2 1/2 hours, someone was finally reached that would make a decision. The hotel finally accepted responsibility, but did not offer anything for the trouble and time lost or inconvenience. read more
