Staff was great, but the smell was almost too much to handle wherever I went.

Old decor, could use new linens & towels.

Overall a nice place to stop along the highway and a fair value.

The amenities.
Hated the disinfectant and smoke smell in the hall and lobby.

Everything was nice, but what I put in #14 and that is what hit me the minute I walked in. My room itself did not smell that way. Because of the smell, I couldn't bear to take part in the breakfast offered.

Room was very clean, and morning staff very helpful.
People living in hotel, cooking smells in hallways, torn carpet on stairway, "residents" hanging around in halls and outside.

Room itself was perfectly fine, I would not stay there again because of concerns listed above.

Requested non-smoking room but got smoking, even though the hotel was supposedly non-smoking. Cigarette burns on bathtub. All of our clothing now smells like smoke. Room was dirty. No elevator in hotel. Staff was very slow. Staff member gave us the wrong directions to the hotel. Check-in and check-out were very slow. No effort to make our stay better. "Hot breakfast" consisted of rubbery scrambled eggs. read more
