Dirty - unsafe

On my 1st night I have to request another room because the sheets had never been changed from the guest the previous night. On my second night, my room was not cleaned and there were no towels. On my 3rd night my vehicle was broken in to and all of the stereo equipment was stolen. Even though this took place during the night I was never informed because the staff on duty when I checked in never took my vehicle info. I was offered no apologize or compesation by the manager of the property. I checked out that night. This property is located in a very unsafe location and the local police have a devil may care attitude. I hope I never have to travel to Haverhill again and if I do - I will book my hotels at least 30 miles from the city. Would not reccomend this property or this city to my enemies. read more

Good staff good location.
Unsupervised children in the hot tub and pool. Room smelled like frbreez.

It was OK to stay their for a night . I thought I should have gotten a little more for my money.
