Comfortable bed, friendly staff.
The rooms were not dark enough. Need better curtains.

The pool & Jacuzzi/ hot tub.
Rooms need freshening/ decor.
Clean , well run motel on Downtown Mesa's main shopping and dining street. With the Mesa Arts Center just blocks away ,one does not need to drive after check in. Staff is efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. A good value.

Amazing hot and cold continental breakfast. Great selection and fresh.
All the rooms were non smoking, but our first room smelled very strongly of smoke.

Breakfast bar.
Noisy after hours.
I had stayed at this hotel 10 years earlier and thought it was okay. I was pleasantly surprised at the upgrades and especially the breakfast bar. My room was the closest to the street which didn't help. Overall I was happy with the hotel.

Room was well stocked with Coffee and Towels.
Paper walls, privacy issues
Overall it is a decent hotel and I would stay there again.

The breakfast was great , for the cost of the room.
None.
The room was clean and had all the amenities for price. the breakfast was great, not too many places would serve that type of food for the price. and excellent value.
