Beautiful grounds, close to shopping, etc., wonderful staff and very clean.

I highly recommend this hotel. Being in midtown, it was very quiet, yet close to everything for necessities. Laundry facilities. Will stay there again on my next trip to Sarasota. Plus, the price was great!

Very clean. Staff was friendly.
Door to my room rattled in the wind.

This was an excellent hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. My room was very clean. My only issue was that it was cold, windy, and rainy, and my door rattled in the wind. It was a bit noisy, as I was on the Tamiami Trail (Route 41) side (a busy road).

The staff was very helpful.

We were looking for a less expensive, yet clean and comfortable alternative to the host hotel of a conference we were attending. We found it. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful room and
very accommodating.

Upon check in there was no fridge or microwave I called the desk and they brought me one in minutes. It was a lovely stay.

Very loud and noisy group of people sitting at a table outside our room one morning while we were sleeping.

Nice pool and grounds; pleasant and adequate.
