Convenient for northwestern football game.
Generally sketchy, loud neighbors.

We had a door that connected to our neighbor's room. They were up until 4 am and partying. Our room was nonsmoking, but it had ashtrays and matches in it.

This hotel was very friendly. It cares about seniors and persons with disabilities. I liked the free services.
The location of the back rooms is a little scary. And there is not much lobby area or restaurant.

I think this hotel is great for those traveling and not staying in the room a lot. I will stay at this hotel in the future and recommend to others.

The rooms were nice and clean.
Was not happy with front desk staff, orange juice and milk was out and did not care to change them.

I liked the hotel for it's location, close to the train into downtown. One staff member was not helpful at all.

I enjoyed my short stay here. If I had been able to stay longer, I would not have had a problem with staying in the hotel. It was clean, comfortable and it had a refrigerator. The breakfast was good as well with many choices. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would stay there again.

Room was ragged.

Both chairs were broken. Place was a motel, not a hotel. I would rate it a weak one star. This is the worst place I have ever got.

It looks more like motel instead of hotel. The inside is clean but the outside surrounding not clean enough for a star hotel. Good customer service from manager.

The free breakfast was really great and had lots of choices and I really liked the heat lamp feature in the bathrooms.
The room was small and not very accommodating for needing to do business work while in the room.

Overall I had a very enjoyable experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and considerate and the rooms and hotel were very clean. Breakfast was excellent!
