Staff was very nice and courteous.
The toilet did not flush very well.

Hotel way nice enough for me. May not not be for just anyone. The only thing that was not acceptable was the toilet that did not flush very well.

It was very convenient to the area and family I was visiting.
It did not have real curb appeal. It lacked what it takes to really want people to come back.

Hotel met my basic needs, but would not be a place I would recommend if anything was available at the same price.

Morton grove is a nice town.
The staff was indifferent we ordered two beds and got one bed and a pull out sofa.

Poor staff. We reserved a room with two beds and got a room with one bed and a pull out sofa. When I spoke to the desk clerk I was dismissed and told "well, we don't have a room with two beds". Poor customer service and unreliable with respect to reservations.

The front desk went over and beyond by helping us when we had a flat tire.
Everything was great.

This hotel exceeded all of our wishes. Tthe front desk was very helpful. We had a flat tire and he helped us take off te old tire and put on the spare tire. He also gave us some advice on where to take the car in the morning. He really went way overboard in helping my family.

This was a very pleasant place to stay with everything you need and not too many extras. There was an unlimited supply of hot water and the staff was kind. The linens smelled good and

No lobby, need to walk outside to get to the lobby.
