Check in was quick, had good heat.
Only luke warm water at best in shower at around 8 PM.

For the price I would stay here again.

Parking was a little bit tight, the phone in the room didn't work.

The hotel was convenient to the places I needed to go while in the Chicago area. It was a very comfortable room, no frills, but when I come to Chicago on business, I don't spend much time in a hotel room. This room was great, clean, bright, had a good bed, television with plenty of channels, the shower and linens were clean, the Internet connection worked, the check in and check out was quick, the breakfast was great. read more

Morton grove is a nice town.
The staff was indifferent we ordered two beds and got one bed and a pull out sofa.

Poor staff. We reserved a room with two beds and got a room with one bed and a pull out sofa. When I spoke to the desk clerk I was dismissed and told "well, we don't have a room with two beds". Poor customer service and unreliable with respect to reservations.

Room was clean.
Top cover of the bed to old and looks discussing bed was not comfortable.

The hotel is great to stay at, bring your own covers and save a lot of money compared to other hotels parking is free breakfest free computer at the lobby rooms were always cleaned everyday.

The rooms were nice and clean.
Was not happy with front desk staff, orange juice and milk was out and did not care to change them.

I liked the hotel for it's location, close to the train into downtown. One staff member was not helpful at all.

The rooms were neat. There should be some type of deodorizer in all the smoking rooms. I was very disappointed that I had a smoking room. I don't smoke and explained that I wanted to change rooms and they were going to charge me extra $. I asked for Fabreze or some type of spray because it still smelled like smoke. I had to go to CVS to purchase Lysol and Fabreze.

Rooms look like they may have been renewed recently.
Your door to your room is open to the outside. Security.

Quality of room was ok, I just do not like hotel room door open to the outside world.

Its location in relation to where I was traveling was good.
Nothing I didn't like per se, it's just that it was basic temporary housing.

For accommodations where upscale qualities would have been desired, this motel of course did not qualify, but then again that's not what it was for.
