room decor was drab.

I was generally pleased with this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a good location and easily accessible from I-94. I also enjoyed the hot/cold breakfast service. That was a pleasant benefit of staying at this hotel. The hotel is loaded with marble accents in the common use areas and in the hotel rooms. The hotel has also recently added a new plastering facade to the exterior, but make no mistake, this is a small, older hotel that could use further renovations. read more

Location.
It smelled. The hotel staff was more interested in watching TV. They did not tell us about the breakfast or check out time.

I am not likely to ever stay at a best western again. If that was a two star hotel, I want to know where they get their ratings from.

Smoking room, with no other availability; very noisy.

Good location, not much else. We got a smoking room, which was gross. The walls were very thin and we heard the TV in the room next door all night long. Would not stay here again, even if it was a great deal.

Very good neighborhood.
Smell of smoke in the room.

I would like to have had the options to have more TV options like movies. I felt the price was a bit high for the type of room. My room was in the front of the building and the traffic was sort of heavy until late in the night.
