Location to highway and stadium.
Room smelled funny.

Very good for a weekend stay. Price was wonderful for what we got. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker and two queen beds. Perfect for a WVU game weekend. Did not use the pool but it looked very nice. Room did smell funny, but not enough to make your nose uncomfortable.

Location.
Bugs and Spiders in room.

The front desk check in was rude and did not smile at all.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable
Not a great location

This hotel was not a bargain for the price. I bid almost as much for it as the regular price. I had hoped there were would be better accomodations.

Staff was terrific
Hallways and especially elevator smelled like smoke. Pool was highly overchlorinated.

Older hotel that has been nicely remodeled. Bathrooms were spotless, carpets in room were clean, a/c functioned properly. Staff was friendly and efficient. Common hallways and elevators smelled of cigarette smoke. Pool was overchlorinated. Overall satisfactory; however, not the 2.5 stars that it was rated.

The staff was great
The hotel had a bad smell to it, and the elevator was gross. Other than that, it was a good stay

I stayed in the hotel the night before my wedding and the night of the wedding, we upgraded to the suite (which was amazing) but the regular rooms were nothing bad or good. The hotel had a weird smell to it, and the elevator was barely in running condition and smelled like turpentine. The staff was great though, it just needs a lot of work to be up to par for guests.

There were bugs in my room, the trash wasn't taken out by housekeeping, despite my request. The hall smelled badly. Dirty.

The hotel appears not to have been updated for 20 or more years. It was dirty, the hallway, especially as you enter the hotel from the parking lot smelled terrible. The hallways, near the room, smelled bad as well as if it had been wet and mildew. I asked for housekeeping to just dump my trash and leave me with the same towels, to help the environment. They did not visit my room at all, leaving the trash for the 2 bugs I found on the box spring of the bed. read more

In the past year, I have stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times. Usually, the hall ways are dirty and stink. And, as for the rooms, you would not want to put your bare feet on the carpet. However, this time, all areas smelled okay and the carpets were cleaner. Keep up the good work.

Very tired hotel. Needs refurbishing/breakfast awful.

Hotel was located just off the highway we were travelling. It seems to be a very old place in need of a facelift. Not the standard of other Best Western Hotels we've stayed in.

The cleanliness of the hotel.
The fact that I had to switch rooms when I arrived because of messed up cable.

This hotel was alright, but I wasn't completely unhappy with it. There was a problem with the cable in the first room we received, and then were switched to a second room but wasn't treated to the same features (two double beds instead of one king size bed which was disappointing). Then, after arriving at the second room, we discovered that the high speed internet plug wasn't working. We called customer support and were told we would need a new cable. When I called down to the desk, the lady working was unsure where the cables were, so I was told I would have to wait till the next day. The following day, after I got the cable, it still wouldn't work, so we gave up on it. Other than these few problems, it was a very decent stay. The hotel was close to the University, and plenty of restaurants and shopping. It seemed safe enough, even though the side entrance to the building (that usually required a key to access) was open to the public. The rooms were safe, though, so I wasn't too worried about our safety. I would probably stay in this hotel again on my next trip to Morgantown as the price was very reasonable. read more

It was fine. We've stayed at this hotel previously. It is convenient to our needs.
The continental breakfast was poorly planned. Prior to 9 am, they were about out of everything!
