They accommodated my room request!
Exercise room was neglected.

Very nice value for the price I paid. Internet worked well, micro and fridge in room; breakfast was well attended by staff; room was clean and comfortable; location on beach was convenient;
I had an enjoyable stay.

Lack of gluten free food selection for breakfast.

Did not like concentrated bleach use for cleaning as I am allergic to it but the next day cleaning lady switched bleach to Lysol. Everything else was good.

The room furnishings were nice and well kept.
Parking was almost nonexistent.

Fine for the price. Room was clean, well furnished. Parking situation was awful. Aside from beach, no attractions to walk to. but, for beach going i would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the annex of the Best Western. The room was nice size, king bed which was comfortable. For the price we paid, it was well worth it.

the 1st. room was on the main floor adjacent to the pool approxiamtely 10 feet away, noisey

It was fine the other guests were families and quite pleasant and the hotel staff was helpful and accomodating.Free parking on the premises was a big plus.

I liked the hotel very much. But image and description said the hotel room was ocean front. There was not even a view of the ocean. This disappointed me greatly, because I specifically paid extra for an ocean front room.

The hotel was located right on the beach.
Too many unsupervised children, felt like a day-care.

The hotel was nice but it was a little more run down than I thought it was going to be. The staff was phenomenal, everyone was super friendly and helpful. This was a 10 floor hotel with only 1 elevator which was a huge pain! It seemed like we spent 1/2 our time waiting for an elevator. The outdoor Tiki Bar was nice.
