The room was very attractive. Refrigerator and microwave was nice to have in the room.
They didn't have a jacuzzi and the bathroom was very small.

The hotel room was attractive to the eye as you walk into the room. The counter in the room hides the refrigerator and microwave, which gave a home feeling. I was only disappointed with the coffee maker in the bathroom, thought that was unsafe when they had room on the counter above the fridge and microwave. I couldn't find an ice machine on the 1st floor, and after driving 3 hours, I had to climb steps to one. There was alot of hair over the walls and in the tub, so when I took a shower it was uncomfortable. read more

The hotel was everything I expected except for the little bugs. Otherwise it was clean, easy to find and comfortable for that star rating.
The bugs, and outside along the open hallways there weren't any trash cans or ashtrays, so people threw cigarette butts everywhere.

This hotel is in a star category where all I excepted was a clean room, working TV, phone, alarm clock, and decent beds. This hotel had all of that including friendly staff, Annice pool and great location. The only complaint I had was that there were little bugs crawling on the walls, the desk and sometimes onto the night stand. I checked in and immediately went out with friends and it was too late to do anything. But in the morning I notified the front desk, and instead of surprise and maybe an I'm sorry they just said that the were aware of it and were trying to get rid of them. I wasn't angry, hostile or raise my voice, but some incentive should have been offered like 10% off your stay or even your next stay, or a breakfast coupon, just some compensation would have been nice. But other than that it was a nice hotel, especially for business. read more

The hotel staff
was very accommodating and pleasant.
The hotel is on a busy road and has exterior corridors. It did not feel safe, but staff
gave a room that was on an interior hallway.

In a strip smallish area, functional but not very romantic.

Totally functional, especially given how expensive WPB is, but nothing special.

Great pool area.
Breakfast area small.

Room was clean and had all the basic amenities, but nothing special. Free wireless internet connection was spotty. We stayed on the 2nd level towards the back. A great feature was the pool area with plenty of area to relax in the sun or in the shade. Free breakfast was nothing special just what you would expect of a continental breakfast.

Location could be better.

The hotel was good for what my stay was about. I needed a room for me and my spouse because we had a business trip, it wasn't for pleasure, but if it had been, you might have still got our business. Thanks for your kindness, see you soon.
