Best Western Park Crest Motel

Once we figured out how to get there and what was around, it was fine. Didn't have a good map of the area and didn't get very good directions from the girl at the desk as to places to eat. Nothing close.

Very conveniently located. The manager was very helpful in recommending a great restaurant. Good room for the money.

The first night of our stay there were some people having a birthday party in the room next to us. I could hear every single word they said especially when they were smoking right outside our window. This went on until their guests left at 3 am. When I tried to call the front desk to complain - no one answered! I called many times and each time no answer. We had to be up that morning at 6 am so we only got about 3 hours sleep. When we went to the front desk the next day - the guy at the desk said they had checked out and that the guy on graveyard shift never answers the phone! Nice. read more

While this motel was in a great location and very clean. We had a corner room with adjoining door to the next suite. The noise between the adjoining room and the in-suite fridge was unbearable. No sleep whatsoever!

Great place for the business traveler and good for pleasure travelers as well.

It was a nice stay, the weather was a lot cooler than we expected, but overall I was with my spouse and that was enough for me.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms have been remodeled and provided space for the family. The staff was wonderful, very helpful with local information. Great place for a family.

Located within walking distance of a mall and fisherman's wharf/ cannery row, etc. Great stay!

This hotel worked well for us because of convenience - we were visiting family that lived only a block away. the price point worked as well. it is an older hotel in need of renovation. the continental breakfast was very minimal offering only cereal, toast, pastries, coffee and juice.
