Young lady at the front desk was phenomenal!
Jacuzzi was empty.

A very convenient location to get everywhere in Monterey and Carmel. The help at the front desk was great and the young lady went out of her way to make everyone's stay comfortable.

The bathroom was very clean.
You can hear everything outside the room.

The room was clean. The bathroom very clean. It is older so the walls and doors are very thin so you can hear everything in the next rooms and outside. The beds are okay. The bedding is clean. It smelled strong of cleaner.
