Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. If you stay at this hotel, you must park your car in the secure parking lot or 90% your car will be broken into. Keep in mind it will cost $20/day for parking.

An old, remodeled hotel in Pioneer Square. The location was near the sights, but there were many homeless missions nearby and beggars in the street. The staff was great, the complimentary breakfast complete and tasty. Well worth the money.

Very good hotel for a couple that isn't going to be in the room all day. Good for a one night stay! The bed was very uncomfortable.

This was a nice place to stay for a few days. It's located near Pioneer Square district and easy to walk to nearby attractions. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was just enough luxury for a short trip to Seattle. I would recommend this place to other couples, families traveling to Seattle for a inexpensive place to stay.

First off, the check-in staff was extremely friendly, solicitous and efficient. The room was spacious, charming, beautiful and I appreciated the amenities in the bathroom and the free Wi-Fi access. I would have liked to stay longer.
