The bathrooms were too small, and dirty. The pool's hot tub didn't work.

They charged my account even though I canceled my stay in the required amount of time.

Unacceptable - I called to cancel my stay at this hotel 32 hours before my check-in time, as my trip was no longer necessary - and asked if there was anything else I needed to do to cancel my stay. The receptionist said "no." The hotel charged me for the full length of my scheduled stay anyway.

It had just been redone and was very clean.
The hall going to the rooms was very narrow.

We were disappointed that the shuttle to the hostile did not run on the weekend was our only complaint.

Breakfast bar was just ok at best.

The hotel staff was great! The room was very clean. And the location was wonderful. I would stay here again for short term stays.

Close to the hospitals.
Beds are hard.

My dad was in the hospital in Houston. I needed to book for one more night and they did not have any more rooms. I had to find another motel. Not happy.

The staff members are not very helpful; the accounting department is not friendly.
