Was within reach of attractions we were interested in going to see.
Had to ask & go get xtra towels, left coffee packets & cups 1day only.

The hotel was a nice one, clean and for the price a good deal. However when asked to get a crib, we had to pay extra amount. Which other hotels in this same price range, have stayed, we got the use of a crib free. The restaurent we did not use, and the outdoor pool was nice for the little ones.

The room was clean and updated within the last few years.
The pool area was inconvenient and did not appear to be overly well - kept.

For this price, it was worthwhile. But, if we had to do it again, we would have either stayed in a hotel with an indoor pool that could be accessed from an inside hallway or lobby or we would have stayed in Gatlinburg. Pigeon Forge was a bit tacky for our tastes.

Employees were extremely friendly and helpful.
The room had too much empty space.

This motel had great service with employees who seem to care about their job and the service they offer to their customers. We brought a portable DVD player with us to watch a movie that evening and had trouble setting it up. We called the front desk and a maintenance employee came down and helped us. The room exceeded my expectations regarding cleanliness.

I like it because it was very clean and the staff was friendly and my family felt safe.

Well when we first pull up and went inside the lady at the desk was friendly with a smile and she was very helpful I just love it , we were also there in august I wish we had stay there.

The friendly staff, clean room, and convient to food and shops.
I smoke but it is the first hotel that did not have good ventilation.

Overall the hotel was great and would stay there again on my next trip to Pigeon Forge, TN. The people there were very friendly.

Upon first entering the room, we were pleasantly suprised at the size of the room. The three pools were a great feature, and would make this a future destination for us with the kids. The continental breakfast was pretty much as expected, but on the mornings that we were there the dining area was very cramped. The only complaint that I would have with my stay was waking up both mornings with lower back pain from the bed. Overall, a good stay, though, and we will probably stay there again. read more

Very clean, 2 nice outside pools, 1 inside pool, very convenient to attractions, friendly staff.
My only complaint is the comfort of the bed. It was not a tempurpedic which I have at home.

My husband and I spent 5 days, four nights at the Best Western Plaza Inn. The staff greeted us very pleasantly when we arrived. Answered all our questions about local attractions. Provided us with local maps. We were even able to purchase tickets for some local attractions. The room was very clean and attractive. Not dated. The hotel was very convenient to local attractions, shops and restaurants. Would very likely return and recommend to family and friends. By the way, this was in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. read more

This hotel is in the perfect location for all the attractions that Pigeon Forge has to offer.
There was dirt on the floor which concerned us since we have a young child of 11 months.

The Best Western Plaza Inn is in the perfect location for the Pigeon Forge attractions.
