The staff was friendly. The room was adequate. The roll away that was offered was tucked behind the hot water heater and looked like it had been there for sometime. The breakfast offered was dough nuts from a box.

The staff was very friendly.
It was not super clean.

We didn't realize our room went through as a smoking room and the smell was horrible. I could hardly sleep at night. The shower curtain had mildew on the bottom and the faucet had mildew and dirt around the handles. The staff was very friendly and made sure we had a non smoking room the next night. This room was a lot cleaner. I definitely would not stay here again.

Friendly staff-clean hotel-good location.
Parking lot was covered with ice-no attempt to sand or salt.

The accommodations were good. The rooms clean and the staff very friendly.

Jacuzzi suite was large and comfortable. Extremely friendly manager at front counter.
Parking lot and sidewalks sheets of ice, no salt anywhere. No elevator to second floor.

Was priced just right for the type of hotel it is. Spacious rooms, free internet, surrounded by restaurants.

It was close to the lake.
Too far off the freeway for bad cable and a dirty room more like a super budget hotel.

All we wanted to do was get to the room have a swim in the pool and watch Monday night foot ball. The pool was closed and the 1 channel that did not come in was the only one with foot ball. They did not make any attempt to correct the issue, just paused their phone call to their friend to tell us that it did not work.

It was cheap.
It was in a very depressed area. We were there for a wedding.

The hotel itself was clean, and the people were very friendly. It is just on a busy street in a depressed area. It was quiet though.
