Bathroom clean. Decent bedding.
Small room - no choice for a room with 2 beds.

Not crazy about the decor, bed was decent, did need to call housekeeping, no remote and the bathroom sink needed maintenance.

We had problems with no towels and we had no cold water in the room at times. Very hot scalding water to shower in and to brush your teeth.

Noisy, ugly decor, construction.

The hotel is being remodeled and getting in and out is like running an obstacle course. The long, narrow lobby also functions as a bar. When they were holding a cocktail party, it was impossible to get into or out of the hotel for the crowds of people and the earsplitting music was horrible. The location was fabulous. Next visit I would opt for a different hotel in the same area. read more

Location was fabulous and price was good for NY.
Room was musty, only 1 bed & lobby being renovated.

The room was listed as accommodating 2 adults but the room was very small and the bed was a double. I expected 2 beds when I put in my criteria. The lobby was being completely renovated and was a mess. The room smelled musty. There was only a thin blanket on the bed no bedspread. Had to ask for hand towels & washclothes.

If price remains reasonable when renovation is complete, it will be my number 1 choice when I visit New York.
