The night manager was helpful in providing us directions.
I did not appreciate being intentionally woken up at 8:30 am in the morning when I checked in after 1am and check-out was not until 11am.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My stay was very enjoyable.
The one thing
I did not like was how uncomfortable the bed was. The mattress was to firm for me.

The hotel was very clean and quiet at night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioner worked, thank goodness the temp was 90+. I would differently stay there again.

Everything was very nice, liked the shower, large TV and furniture.

I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this hotel to others. The room was large, clean and close to machines.

Location.
Hot hot water.

Good location I would stay there again. There was no hot water in my room. This is not good when you need to shave shower and get ready for a meeting.

The staff was friendly and the lobby was nicely decorated & clean.
The breakfast menu was limited to breads & cereals. The rooms were older but clean.

It was a short but easy drive to connect to the FSU campus. The property is older but the rooms were nicely cleaned. The lobby had been renovated but I only used it to check in and out. I didn't bring my laptop so I don't recall if internet connectivity was available in the rooms. The complimentary breakfast was all primarily breads & cereals. I will stay there again.

The king suite we had was very roomy.
It had exterior corridors. I was thinking they would be interior.

The hotel location was perfect. There was a Kohl's at the side and it was just around the corner from the mall. The room was clean, the bathroom could have been renovated. We had a king suite which had a little sitting area with a small sofa and chair where we could watch TV. There was a partial wall separating it from the bed and the bathroom. The continental breakfast was nice, waffles, cereal, donuts, muffins, etc. We like Best Western and would certainly consider it an option again in the future. read more

Close to city center.
Everything needs to change- rooms, bathrooms, common areas, et. If this place wasn't a last resort, I would have never stayed there.

The building was old, the rooms definitely had a "cheap motel" feel with the credit card in room movie rental, and the bathroom vanity (cheap plastic) in one of the rooms was broke. The beds were rock hard and I hardly got a wink of sleep. The common area looked extremely date. The hotel was very convenient to downtown.

Clean rooms and good location.
Parking lot seemed a little exposed.

Good motel.

Very nice that the micro and fridge came standard.
Driveway was a little scary to exit, incline with bushes hiding traffic.

Could have been a little nicer for the $67 a night we paid by making our reservations on line. We found out that the room we received only went for $55 a night and we didn't get the difference refunded. Said it was non-smoking but smelled like smoke somewhat, glad we brought our portable air purifier. It met our needs and was convenient to where we needed to be. It wouldn't have been as nice though if we had had to stay longer than 2 nights. But it was fairly clean. read more
