Front desk staff not friendly/hospitable; cleaning staff however was friendly
This hotel is defintely not 2.5 stars; I would give it 1 or 1.5 start

Front desk staff not friendly at all; good thing that the cleaning staff were (you would think that the front desk folks should be since they are the first impression of the hotel). Hotel is not maintained very well; which is a shame since view from the room facing the CN towner is awesome. Furnitures are worn down and old. I would rate this hotel as 1.5 star.

Great Location and price outdoor pool was great.
The parking was a bit small for a larger size truck.

I was impressed with the hotel it had a nice lobby and restaurant area and it was clean and for the price I got from Priceless it was even better.

Only one receptionist not always there. Stains on the room tables, view was nothing (roof top).

good hotel. Make sure not to be on the 3rd floor. Its where u get the entrance roof top. and u only see the flag poles!

Staff at the front desk were very
rude to me my entire stay.

It was OK. The staff at the front desk was very rude to me. Eventually the manager was called (at my request) and he was very nice and took care of everything I needed. Parking was a little expensive at $28.00/day and the underground parking is very small and difficult to maneuver your vehicle through.

The room was great - king size bed, nice view from 17th floor - bathroom clean and stocked - comfortable – staff was friendly helpful and professional - great experience.

Elevator old and some were broken. Parking was too costly.

Great strategic location in the heart of downtown Toronto. Staff are friendly. 5 stars!
