The staff was friendly and very helpful.
The pool and hot tub hours were too limited.

It was a very nice room and the Staff was most helpfull with everything that was needed. They were hosting a wedding that night but still had time for other customers.

Needs attention to the cleaning of the rooms. Not good at all.

Hotel staff polite, friendly and willing to help with a sense of urgency.
Mold under sink, extremely small bathroom, bedspread not changed and
unsecured wireless internet.

The pool is great if you have young children.

2 high-quality queen beds in the room.
Limited exercise facility with a dirty floor.

This hotel provided easy access to the highway and city. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and well kept, and the beds were excellent. Relative to the other motels in Casper, this hotel was a good value.

Manager was accommodating with complaints.
Toilets were not clean, food at restaurant was not good.

For a Best Western Hotel, this is the worst one I have ever stayed in. The rooms were not clean. It's an older hotel, but at least the toilets should have been cleaned. I switched to another room and the toilet would not flush. Called the front desk twice and they never sent someone to fix it. Finally, had to ask to be moved to another room and after my complaints the manager switched me to a suite, which was ok, but overall a bad experience. read more
