The location is great if you don't mind walking a couple blocks, which I do not. Close to the L, and the bus routes. The side street is very loud, and if you happen to have a room on that side, which I did, it can be hard to sleep at night.

Hotel met of of my immediate needs and expectations. The room was clean and the staff was cordial. Free internet access and parking was big point for me.

Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and other sightseeing destinations.
Too close to a busy street and very noisy at night; wings not connected conveniently.

It was a nice hotel, located close to many attractions, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was small, though, and the mattress was too firm. The bathroom was very small and didn't have a shelf for glasses, etc. while showering, and there was no hook on the door for clothing or robes. The location of the hotel was great but it is very close to a very busy street, and so it was very noisy all night, and nothing was able to drown out the street noises. read more

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.
We did hear some noise from adjoining rooms.

I definitely would stay here again. The staff were so helpful and friendly.
