The pool was not usable, and disgusting.

The continental breakfast was not very nice, and the coolers were not set at low enough temps for food safety. The pool was awful, not usable, probably a health hazard. The room was fine, and it was nice to have a small fridge in the room for food and drinks. Housekeeping staff was friendly.

Size of the suites.
The same water pipe was used for the downstairs suite. They decided to fill their jacuzzi tube at 1 am and it sounded like a jet engine in the bath.

Over all it was good. We have stayed there before and enjoyed ourselves. They do need to soundproof their suite water pipes better. It would be nice if they could do a better job on their continental breakfast during the weekend. It was pretty poor. Rooms were clean and tidy. Plenty of linens and the pull out couch was very comfortable.

For the price it was a very good deal. I would stay there again
The kids across the hall were too noisy! But that wasn't the hotel's fault.

The room was comfortable and we got a very good rate thru priceline. I would stay here again. It's a very good basic hotel for both individual travellers and families. Hotel had a generous continental breakfast (cereal, bagels, toast, fruit, yogurt and waffles) and good coffee - always a plus! Very nice diner across the street.

The bathroom was lovely, the bed was comfortable.
My bedspread was stained, the bathtub slightly smelled.

Overall, good motel. A few little glitches here and there, but a nice place to stay. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was helpful and always had a smile on their face.
They did not shovel the sidewalks when it snowed.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to rockaway. The staff was more than willing to help with any and all request and did so promptly!

Easy to find and close to everything.
Old styling, needs updating.

The room was nice, styling was outdated but ok. Needs to be updated and landscaping could use some help. Overall very nice.

the staff was courteous and helpful at check-in.
The pool was closed (it was green). They did not have any cribs available for babies. The breakfast was not good.

Not the best location but still very good.

Clean, updated and a convenient place to stay. A very good value.
