The hotel looks decent from the outside.
Noisy and unclean

I was very, very disappointed with my stay. It was loud and drafty due to poor weatherstiping around the door and the freeway traffic. I also had a deseveled stranger come knocking on my door at 10:30 PM asking for a cigarette. Thereafter he was knocking on other doors as well. I would not recommend this hotel whatsoever. I would not give it more than one star at best.

There was coffee in the room, and it was quiet.
There was no conditioner; staff was not in a good mood.

Overall, it was a real nice hotel room. It was very quiet, course I got there at midnight; the clerk didn't even look at me and didn't want to engage in conversation with me. That's ok, he wasn't rude or anything but I would have liked a friendlier attitude.

Not enough seating for breakfast.

The breakfast area needed more seating, and the items for breakfast were not refilled on a regular basis. Plus some of the staff was eating the breakfast items and making the hotel guests wait until they had prepared their food.

Easy location and quick access to highway.
The lights bulbs in the room were burned out; I was in darkness except for the bathroom light.

It would not be my first choice to stay again but it was fairly cheap and neatly keeps.

It had wireless internet.
Not in a good area. Customer service was poor.

The front desk clerk was going to charge me again for the hotel. In the morning a different clerk was able to take care of the problem. I couldn't get the bathtub faucet on. Finally the clerk came to help. He had to play with the faucet and jimmy it to get it on. The pool was cold and dirty.

Not bad for the price, but the hotel is not in good condition, and the staff seemed rather indifferent.

The rooms were spacious with several desk counters.
The freeway is very close and therefore the traffic noise is disturbing at night.

Overall the stay was pleasant. The freeway is close so it is easy to find. Traffic noise at night can be a little loud.

The rooms were a little dingy and not super clean. I did not like the location of my room around the back of the hotel.

Pool facilities were terrible.

Clean rooms as expected, no spa as advertised, pools was in severe disrepair and should be closed.
