The hotel put me in their smallest room with one double bed. My sister had to wait for over 30 minutes trying to get better accommodations.

The hotel room that we were assigned to was the smallest room on the back side of the hotel. It was dark and not safe. My sister and I had to go through so many changes for 30 minutes to one hour. I am very disappointed! After the trouble and upgrade it was a little better. There is no way this was a 2 star or 2 1/2 star hotel.

Price, and cleanliness.

Overall the hotel was not bad, but we did have a few issues. There was a large cobweb behind the door to the room. We found a water bottle under one of the beds that did not belong to us. You had to hold the handle down on the toilet to flush. The worst, during the night the heater malfunctioned and we woke up to extreme heat.

Front desk staff was very unfriendly, do not recommend Hotel to none smokers and seniors.

I would never recommend this Hotel to anybody else. The front desk person was extremely rude to my daughter on the phone, and would not work with us to get a non-smoking room with 2 double bed. We had contacted him 2 times, and each one of the times he had the same rude behavior. We had to contact Best Western 800 number and put a complain. Then I spoke with the Manager at the Hotel, and she finally agreed to give a non-smoking room with 2 beds. I was about look for another Hotel that night. read more

We liked the hotel and will stay again. The room we had was on the back and very quiet. Very small area for eating breakfast though.

Staff was very friendly and helpful but detail of cleanliness was less than attractive.

Outside (sidewalk, floor mats, etc.) were dirty.

This is a very old motel which has been refurbished. It is dirty outside. The breakfast area is small. The staff was unfriendly.

Single level but large enough to be separated from noisy families and smokers.
Very few amenities; no shampoo, lotion or sufficient cable channels; a bit over priced for what it was.
