Near where I worked.
Difficult to turn into as it was located on a busy street and making a left into the hotel was extremely difficult.

Parking situation was poor. There's limited parking spots and it was more convenient to park in the street. Impressed with the big bath tub. The stay was overall, ok as it's located on a busy street. Staff was friendly.

Simple, convenient and neighbors businesses. Great local bus system (Culver City 6, Santa Monica, Big Blue Bus, MTA, MTA BRT).
Very little parking available. Hotel was difficult to locate as it was in a mixed residential business area by freeways.

My room smelled like cigarettes. The room was small compared to others I stayed in. The showers are small and it had an apartment feel to it. Rooms have paper thin walls and floors creak. However, it is close to many amenities and the cheap efficient local mass transit makes it really easy to get around.
