I enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.
The dirty room and the mold in the coffee pot when I went to make some coffee.

The hotel is in a good location off the express way. The staff were some what friendly. The room was not very clean, The tub was dirty and I had to clean the bottom before my family and I could use it. I was not sure if the tub had recently been used and never cleaned. The coffee pot had an old coffee filter left in it from another guest. I felt very disgusted when I found that in the morning when I went to make coffee. Then I went to the lobby for some fresh coffee and there was none left. Needless to say that sorta ruined the stay. Made me feel like I was staying in a very un sanitized environment. read more

Pool and pets allowed.
Disrepair of elevator.

The elevator was not working. The staff was indifferent. At check out time there was a long lineup. There were two staff members but only one was working. The other was talking on her cell phone and then interupted the staff member who was working to ask her for her cell number to enter in her address book.

Great pool area.
Bad Halogen lights in the room.

The hotel was great, especially the pool area. The only thing
I would have wished different was the halogen lights in the room were very uninviting and cold. Made the room seem like a doctors office rather than a place to relax and sleep.

Absolutely nothing.
Bad area, scary environment.

I would not recommend this hotel to any single traveling woman, or family.

It was pretty clean and affordable.
My bathroom light was flickering, meant to tell them but forgot.

It was a nice enough hotel. Would like yogurt available at breakfast. Wish they had a computer for use in the lobby. Clean enough.

This hotel may be one star with dirty carpet, pee smell in the room first given me.
Carpet is dirty, the first room assigned to me was so smelled, looks like somebody pee in the room.

I would never ever expect you give me this kind of hotel. If you do not drop them, your customer would drop you. Period! The whole thing experienced with this hotel, I feel cheated either by you or by the hotel!

Good staff.
Location.

Good friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately in a poor location. Felt very unsafe in the area and did not enjoy the constant noise coming from the bar on both Friday and Saturday night. I could hear the music in my room both nights.

Staff were friendly, place was relatively clean and very family oriented facility.
Cleanliness of the room was substandard.

We arrived and we were given a room on the 4th floor. We entered and it appeared relatively clean. We were disappointed that when we used the hairdryer. It started smoking and burned out. We called front desk but they apologized that the dryer could not be replaced until morning. Next we uncovered the bed and found a pillow that was soiled with a large blood stain. We horrified at this experience. The entire night had problems sleeping. Worried about the cleanliness of the room. The showerhead did not work too well, either. And then in the morning the bulb in the bathroom burned out, too. Not impressed with the hotel upkeep! read more

Nothing. I would never go back. I would rather sleep in my car.
N/A

Hotel halls, elevators, and pool area did not have AC. Pool area was dirty. TV had a fuzzy picture. I needed to use the high speed Internet for work. I did not have a constant connection and this was very frustrating.

The amenities were quite adequate.
The room was very small and the bathroom was even smaller.

Although adequate, this hotel is very much needing an overhaul. The beds were okay, but the room was very small and the bathroom was even smaller. A lot of moisture in the rooms and with that came an occasional musty odor.
