Location, view and staff!
Coffee in the room was awful. In the lobby was better.

We would stay here again. Ask for a room with an ocean view. The property is older but well kept. We thought the staff was very helpful.

Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms where all we needed and were clean and comfortable.
Witnessed an elderly lady fall, went to assist, the staff on the day did NOTHING, the 1st aid kit was disgraceful.

All in all the hotel was exactly what we expected for the price and star rating. Nothing dissapointed us in that aspect. What did disapoint us was the complete lack of assistance when a elederly guest fell and injured herself quite badly, needing attention at A&E. I asked 3 times for a pillow, the lady was lying in the middle of the drive way, and also asked several times for towels, she was bleeding quite badly from her face. When I finally managed to get 2 1st aid kits off the person at the front desk they were an absolute disgrace, almost nothing of use. The ice was a solid hard brick, no ice pack. The attitude of that 1 front desk gentleman did not reflect on our overall experience of this hotel. Hopefully if you stay you have an injury free experience read more

Great view of the water, walking distance to bars/restaurants/shops.
Bathroom had window to interior hallway.

What a great little hotel, it was tastefully furnished, comfortable, had an awesome view, was very clean, and was in easy walking distance of everywhere we wanted to be!

Great spa, great location, friendly staff, clean rooms.

Centally located in Morro Bay, it is just one block away from the Embarcadero with shops, restaurants and kayak rentals.

I loved our room! It was a great view of Morro Rock and super close to Downtown! The bed was also really comfortable.
The only thing I didn't care for at the hotel was the hallways and stairwells. If the fake plants were taken out it would look a million times better!

We were more than pleased with this hotel! I was a little nervous walking through the hallways with all the fake plants and outdated paint/wallpaper and decor. But to my surprise, the bedroom seemed newly renovated, clean, and great size! I loved the vanity area in the bathroom. We were amazed by the view. The spa was very nice (and big!) and made for a relaxing evening. The Wine & Cheese hour was awesome! What a nice little treat right when you pull into town! Staff was awesome and we will definitely be staying there again. I do hope they update the hallway decor eventually but it is an extremely comfortable clean place to stay! read more

Looked like it had just been remodeled, everything clean, very nice, great staff. Everyone helpful and informed.
