Although directly off I 35 the room was quiet and peaceful.
No elevator-had to drag bags up the stairs.

This Best Western was clean and quiet. The hotel backs up to a residential area and I was fortunate to get a room at the back. Everything in the room worked and was in good condition. I would stay at this hotel again if I were in the area.

The decor was very nice and the beds weren't hard as a rock.
The air in our room did not work very well, we were too warm for our comfort.

Overall the hotel was very nice and convenient. It was clean and the beds were nice, could have had better and more pillows.

Mold in toilet, toothpaste on mirror and sink, not clean, air condition cut on and off , got hot . Very thin walls.

Very dirty, MOLD in toilet, toothpaste splattered on mirror and sink, thin wall, air conditioner cut on and off it got hot. Excited to check out.

Owner is there all the time. Very convenient to Texas State University for visiting child student.
More parking spaces needed.

It only takes a minute to check in and check out. The owner is there all the time if you have questions or concerns. This hotel is very convenient to visit our daughter who is a student at Texas State University and to go to the football games.
