I liked the location of the hotel as it was right on the river as advertised.
It was very cramped as there was very little room to park.

Overall I was pleased with the room. However for the price I could have stayed at another place more accessible to the base in which I went. The staff was very courteous, but the room lacked the cleanliness I expected, and the parking was inadequate. Breakfast was hot and was tasty and the service was great, as the server was prompt and courteous.

It is a motel, technically, with outside access to each room.

It was very close to restaurants, the historic district, and the waterfront park. We often walked to where we wanted to go downtown. It is technically a motel with outside access to each room. Enjoyed the deluxe continental breakfast.

The setting was beautiful. We have stayed in other Beaufort hotels and this one met and exceeded our expectations.

Very convenient to Parris Island.

Nice place in a small quaint town, I would recommend the hotel to any family member attending Parris Island graduation festivities.

Good location, clean and nicely furnished.
Our room was located adjacent a high foot traffic area of the hotel, on the ground floor, too much noise.

It was pleasant, clean and the staff was very helpful.
I just wouldn't stay in the particular room
I did because of the outside noise.
