very comfortable bed, quiet pleasent motel
shower drain clogged/no one at desk to report it to

this is a very nice moderately priced motel, overall it was clean and relatively new in appearance, we will be returning on future trips.

Good location and easy access from freeway.

Friendly staff, close to a good Mexican restaurant. The hotel itself was well maintained and there were no complaints.

Soft drink machine area outside, not well-lit, and didn't work.

Good service - friendly - great location. Need to make soft drink machine more accessible, i.e. inside lobby or outside adjacent to lobby where it's well-lit. It's really in a scary location as this motel gets a lot of passing-by foot traffic and the machine's location is secluded, in the dark - not good.

Very clean basic room, which is all I wanted.
Tissue box smelled smoky but in a non-smoking room.

Staff efficient, friendly and helpful. A good basic nice clean room.

It was easy access to and from the freeway, was close to downtown.
You could hear the person above you when they walked around their room.

It was very clean, nice rooms, pool area was very nice. It was easy access to where we need to go and very close to downtown which was nice.

The bathroom was pretty nice. The room was a decent size.
The floors were incredibly thin--either that or we had elephants staying above us.

Nothing special. Seemed to be clean, and spacious enough. Location was good for visit to Cal Poly. Found it to be very expensive for what it was, though.
