Location was great as
I have a daughter that attends Sunny.

Room was clean and comfortable. Liked the mini fridge and microwave. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but definitely will on next stay. Beautiful lobby and friendly staff.

Front desk appeared to be under staffed but very friendly and helpful despite this.

I was satisfied and would recommend this hotel.

Good free continental breakfast, hot waffles, eggs and bacons.
Stained walls in our room, mildew in the bathroom, broken shower rod and nasty pool deck.

There were stains smeared on the walls of our room and the ceiling tiles in the bathroom had water stains. The pool deck was disgusting, dirty and it had rusty safety pins and hair pins on it.

Our son attends
Sunny Albany and we are there for the sports season almost each week now and wanted to try this hotel. We enjoyed it will deter us from going back to this hotel and using Priceline.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and neat, the breakfast was very good, the stay was quiet, and nice.
The bed was just a little too firm for me, athough that's a personal preference, I didn't like the
TV defaulting to adult entertainment offers.

The overall stay at the hotel was very nice. The room was relatively quiet, it was very clean, and comfortable, and I will probably stay again when I return to the area. I did plan on checking out close to the 12pm time, however, even though I'd placed the do not disturb sign on the door, I received 3or 4 knocks for room service, so I gave up and checked out a little after 11am. Which is fine, at least you know they want to keep it clean! All in all, a very pleasant stay. read more

The breakfast was excellent/great variety.
I had no microwave in my room.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. And if we return to Albany we will stay here again. It was convenient for the ECAC Hockey Championship. Good food, comfortable rooms and swimming pool was enjoyed by all.

The breakfast was very well presented.
They were having trouble with there hot water tank, had to take cold showers.

The overall hotel was fine expect for the issue with the hot water tank.

I liked the pool.
the prices in the restaurant.

Was disappointed in the spinach/artichoke dip, especially for the price. Too runny, not enough artichoke or cheese and funky chips. I was also disappointed that an ashtray could not be found for the smoking room I was in. The pool was lovely and I enjoyed swimming in it.
