The hotel was disgusting

This hotel was disgusting. The pool was filthy, it had mold and grime in, out and around it. The actual hotel room was dirty. The shower curtain had mold on it and we had to take a shower with flip flops on. The beds were very little. i threw the comforters on the floor because they were filthy. There were bugs around the door frame. I will never stay at another best western again! read more

rooms a little shabby and older; doors look cheap.

easy to find; lobby and eating areas very nice; pool lookes great although we didn't use it. room 139 was kinda shabby and need moderinizing; the doors looked shabby and cheap. room were somewhat gloomy in appearance.however, the beds were terrifically comfortable and the towels were very fluffy and soft. all areas were very clean. just needs brightening up in colors and furniture. read more

how it was within 5 minutes walking distance of my destination.
The smoking section of rooms reeked of smoke.

The smoking floor of the hotel absolutley stuck. I understand it was the only smoking section, i wanted a smoking room, but i thought they could have kept it smelling a little fresher. The air conditioner worked in 5 min. spurts and shut off and turn on spontaneouly. My boyfriend found that a couple of swift kicks got it started.

The restaurants food was good.
The room look old and out dated.

Our room was by an intersection of hallways and the noise you could hear from inside the room was quite loud. The repairs to the room over the years looked second rate craftsmanship. The room was old looking and out dated. The restaurant breakfast was real good, was my far the best thing the had.

The rooms and facililties were dated. The doors to the outside of the hotel parking lots didn't lock creating a security issue

Location was great as
I have a daughter that attends Sunny.

Room was clean and comfortable. Liked the mini fridge and microwave. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but definitely will on next stay. Beautiful lobby and friendly staff.
