Excellent location and friendly staff.
Outdated room and some rattle furnitures.

It looks like it was recently renovated so the bed, carpet, and couple other things were new. But, unfortunately, the room has ants and small roaches.

I met friendly and kindly staff anytime I stayed this hotel.
The hotel facilities need some repair.

Each staff is really friendly and take care of each guest. There is a refridge each room, that is really good point for me. Great location to go to Kennedy Space Center. The hotel facilities need some repair.

Although it's been recently remodeled, shoddy workmanship, poor fit and finished, substandard materials have completely undermined the facelift.

Old building still used.

The room has ants and the smell was terrible. The computer system (hotel reservation system itself) was frequently down during the visit. This is definitely not the two stars. Would you please downgrade the number of the star? Thanks.

Wireless did not function in the three rooms I moved into to try and fix problem.

Hotel staff did not have time to serve customers needs, rooms were not ready for clients. Free wireless internet, required for business travelers, did not function in three rooms, keys did not work or were not programmed for the correct rooms, and staff did not want to help get problems solved quickly for return customers.

Pool was the only amenity available and was very nice.
Changed rooms twice for 2 night stay; internet not avail in all rooms.

Few TV channels available, no equipment room/sauna/shuffleboard as stated in the hotel description. Would choose this hotel as a last resort.

The room was very clean and not musty smelling.
Second floor room, no elevator available. Could not pre-check in.

The room was very clean and comfortable. No musty hotel smell. They had a nice free breakfast. They offered amenities if they where needed. I'd stay there again.
