Proximity to shuttle launch.
Bugs.

There were bugs in one of our rooms. The staff didn't seem to care. The staff overall was not friendly. The kitchen area was closed for remodeling , so the breakfast was a banana, and packaged dough nuts. There was nowhere to eat breakfast except by the pool. We checked out a day early.

The area.
We had to have 4 sets of keys to the room. The coffeepot did not work.

Room was being worked on, and then the next room had no linen and towels, so we moved rooms then we had 4 sets of keys. The coffeepot didn't work.

Room smelled, carpet dirty & facility poor.

Location is good but the hotel itself is not clean and the staff is indifferent at best.

Very friendly staff. Good location.

Hotel located off of I-95. Easy in and out. Very friendly staff, great on site restaurant - especially after a long travel day! comfortable room, and good breakfast. Will stay there again.

Easy check in. Convenient computer in the lobby: excellent convenience.
Two small brown roaches crawled out of the TV in the morning. Door difficult to close.

I'd still stay in the hotel again at that price.

Location. Close to Kennedy Space Center. Free breakfast.
Tiny little bugs outside door on wall.

Free breakfast has cold cereal, pre-formed waffles and English muffins, juices, fruit. Fine for basic room. No shampoo or lotion in room. Did have iron. TV worked fine.

I found the Hotel to be comfortable for the price I paid; highly recommend staying there if you are on a budget. Great restaurant facilities at very reasonable prices also.15-20 minute drive to Kennedy Space Center, perfect.
