The shuttle service to the Metro and the drivers.
The pool was not open and it was still warm outside and the elevator didn't work.

We thought the service was excellent. The shuttle was the best, it took us right to the Metro and when we called for a pickup it only took 10 minutes. Great service.

I really liked the continental breakfast, and that hotel was close the highway.
I didn't like that there wasn't a rest/snackbar at this location.

I thought this hotel was great for the price offered through Priceline. The staff were very professional and helpful. We had a microwave and fridge in the room which saved on spending for each meal, leftover aren't a bad thing.
