Shuttle to and from the Metro station.
Floor felt damp and dirty from the beginning of visit.

Considering the high prices of hotels in the D.C. area, this one was adequate for the price. The free parking and continental breakfast were nice touches. However, we had to leave a $100 deposit at the front desk in order to get a key for the room safe. Also, the carpet in the room felt damp and dirty from the first day that we got here and didn't dry out even after turning the air conditioning on high for all day. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was a definite plus, as was the shuttle to the mall or Metro station. read more

Very clean and easy to access Washington D.C.
The exit to this hotel was not well marked--not hotel's problem.

In initially finding this hotel, there was no proper sign for the exit. Thus we were lost on motorcycles for about 2 hours. However, the hotel itself was excellent.

The Club Level extras were a surprise a good hot full breakfast, plus appetizers and drinks at night.
The rooms were a little on the small side.

I will recommend this hotel to others who may be traveling to the Washington DC area. The metro station was close and the hotel offered a shuttle service. The rooms were clean and the staff went overboard to make sure we had everything we needed upon arrival.

Friendly desk staff, free hot breakfast, cleans rooms.
No hot water for 2 days during stay.

I was disappointed that when we checked in, we were told that due to scheduled maintenance/upgrade of the water heating system, no hot water would not be available from 9am to 9pm either day of our stay.
