Staff was very professional and helpful!
St Charles Inn (Best Western) is conventienly located in a safe area. Parking was easy to access and parking was protected by security gate. Entrance to room was easily accessable from the parking area.

Free parking and close to streetcar.
It was a great place for us to stay while visiting New Orleans and the French quarter.

Safe, quiet area, clean rooms and lobby, streetcar stop close by.
Parking garage is only for cars, so we had to park our truck on the street. However, it was safe and visible to us, so that was okay.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I liked having a second vanity/lavatory near the closet and away from the bathroom. The room was on the small side, but still very comfortable with plenty of room for the two of us. The continental breakfast was filling - there was no meat on the menu, but there was a variety of other good breakfast foods (including boiled eggs & fresh fruits). There are books on each floor to borrow for pleasure reading - a nice touch if you have time to read in New Orleans! read more

I noticed there was a random choice of reading material and this made me feel comforted knowing I could truly feel relaxed in a place such as this one.
I wish the breakfast buffet could have been extended for a few hours more. It usually takes time for night owls to wake up early in the morning.
The location for me was a safe environment and the staff made my stay much more better.
