You will really appreciate the peace and quiet of the Htel Best Western Star Champs Elyses in the Rue de l?Arc de Triomphe, at the heart of the prestigious Champs-Elyses district, five minutes from the Palais des Congrs (Conference Centre). As soon as you arrive, you will be impressed by the lounge with its medieval dcor and period fireplace. Occupying a 19th century Paris stone building, the Htel Best Western Star Champs Elyses is fully air-conditioned and offers you 62 rooms, a suite and a meeting room lit by daylight. All the rooms fully redecorated in 2008 in a refined contemporary style are comfortably equipped with air-conditioning, television flat screen and cable channels, mini-bar, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. They also have an office corner with internet access with free Wifi and for your security, they are all provided with a safe. The Air France buses from Charles de Gaulle Airport will drop you off 100 m from the hotel. It is also near the entrance to the Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro station where line 1 will transport you to places in the heart of historic Paris, like the Louvre, the Marais district or Notre-Dame de Paris. Perfect location, friendly staff, nice decor, new and extremely clean.
Room was European size, which is small by American standard. And the bathroom was tiny.

We loved our stay. Extremely convenient location, Air France bus dropped us off 4 minutes from the hotel. It's Europe, so the room was small. Remodeled rooms, pretty decor, and super clean hotel. The only drawback was that the bathroom was very small. The bathtub was child-size and we had trouble showering (no separate shower, you have to step into the bathtub to shower). But the size is standard for Europeans, so we learned to live with it. The staff was very helpful overall. A couple of nights the receptionist was a young man whose English was not great and could not understand simple questions. But we just waited till morning and asked the day receptionist who knew all the answers. Wonderful experience! read more
