Location, microwave and
refrigerator.
Pillows were terrible; needs more handicap parking.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. It's neat and clean and we like having the small microwave and refrigerator in the room.

The room was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast could have been better.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great and there were plenty of places to eat around the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Nashville area.

The room was large.
The tiles around the bathroom needed scrubbing.

Overall a pleasant experience. Decent area of town with several choices of eating places and shopping nearby. The room itself was spacious and well maintained except for the tiles in and around the bathroom. If they got a frequent scrubbing, it would be near perfect. The floor tiles between the bed and Jacuzzi were streaked with dirt and the spaces in between the tiles needed attention. read more

The shuttle was very convenient to go to downtown.
Some of the hotel staff seemed to be uneducated and somewhat unfriendly.

Very clean and comfortable. Convenient location and shuttle downtown that ran until the bars closed.

The staff was helpful in booking us transport to the CMA awards and the rooms were large.
The beds were quite hard.

The beds were hard, but besides that the room and bathroom were much better than what I was expecting. This is a great hotel to stay at if you are planning on going into the downtown area. There is a shuttle service that will take you from the hotel to the downtown area for only $10 roundtrip. (He doesn't take your money until you get safely back to the hotel). He begins running the shuttle around noon and continues running it back and forth until 3 am. The staff was very helpful in scheduling a pick up time with the shuttle and the shuttle service was excellent. He was where he said he would at the exact time he said to pick us up at the hotel and in downtown. read more

The 2 night guys at the desk were very nice. The 1st night the older did get me another pillow; the 2nd night the younger guy help us get directions.
The maids gave us 2 towels after taking the rest; changed the temperature n room without permission; rude old night lady at desk.

This trip was for me a friend. We are 2 moms for a weekend out. This started out good until we found something brown on the sheets. The pillows wrapped up around your head they were so soft. But there was a nice night guy who offered to find me another pillow. Then our towels were in the floor like the sign said if we wanted the maids to take them. But we didn’t know they was not going to leave any in return. So we had to ask the maids for towels and received 2 after they took the others. I guess one for me and one for my friend. Then we had to ask for a wash cloth and extra soap. Then the next day these great maids set room temperature at 78 while we had been out shopping all day! (This was fun coming back to a HOT room). The older night lady gave us strange looks when we came in late at night. (We are adults) Then the mid aged guy at desk in the morning locked the continental breakfast door at 9:20 and said it was 9:40. The clock in my room even said 9:20. We won’t be back. I don’t recommend it unless someone wants a aggregating stay. As the days went on the worse it was. I could go on but I think you get the how the trip was. read more

It was nice, clean. The staff was very friendly.
It was kind of hidden, and there was not a lot of parking.

Good place to stay. Good breakfast. The bed was great.
