I liked that it was all suites. Sleeping accommodations fit our needs.
The hotel did not have an elevator, had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The location was too far from beach.

No elevator, had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The phone did not work, said they would fix it but never did. I had to go down to the front desk to ask for extra towels. I asked the maid for extra towels and a pillow, she said she would bring it but never did so again I had to go downstairs to ask for them again. Pool was plain. They claimed to have a full breakfast but it consisted of frozen egg circles and sausage and cold cereal. The dining area was too small we had to wait for a table. The location was too far from the beach. With the traffic, it took us about 30-40 min to get there. The sheets on sofa bed were dirty. The only thing I was happy about was the sleeping accommodations sufficient for my family. I would not stay here again. read more

The work out room was not usuable.

The staff was not informed on how to use the keys for the work-out room. The rooms were out dated and mostly clean.

The air conditioner was great. worked well.
Did not have a laundry room.

Was a decent place for the money. Pool was not well kept. Our family would stay there again.
