Noise, lack of insulation. Not smoke free. Beds not firm enough.

Good amenities. Convenient location although too close to the heavy traffic (noise). Breakfast could be improved.

When we booked a room it was to be a smoking room and we were put in a non smoking room, when we let the front desk know they handled it right away.
When we booked our room we asked for smoking, and we were in a non-smoking room, so we had to move our things to another room.

It was what we were looking for, so if you just need an inexpensive clean place to stay, this was the one.

No central stairway - had to use elevator.

Not full yet a family with children was put in the room above me and they were very loud.

Hotel was conveniently located on highway 19. It is old in appearance and did not have a swimming pool.

Nothing specific.

I was very surprised with this hotel. To be honest, from the appearance on the outside and photos on the internet, I was not expecting much, but it was very clean and modern and had more amenities than expected.
