Refrigerator & microwave in room.
Noise, lack of insulation. Not smoke free. Beds not firm enough.

Good amenities. Convenient location although too close to the heavy traffic (noise). Breakfast could be improved.

They had a bed, uncomfortable as it was.
20 words is not enough space for my discontentment.

She didn't explain herself very well. None-the-less, I did not get much sleep. My internet did not work, so I did not get much work done. After driving 450+ miles, I had to hop back into the car to travel and get dinner unless I wanted pizza. It was just not a good experience at all. I'd rather travel down to oak hill or Beckley us so that I know Iżll be cared for as a valuable customer! read more
