The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, clean rooms!
On the last day they had some issues with the elevator, but everything was worth the troubles. Amazing time and can't wait to go again.

The hotel staff was amazing, the hotel and the room were very clean an overall great stay
and look forward to returning for future travels.

Very nice and clean.

This was much better than I expected. Nice restaurant & bar, garage parking, and easy to freeway. Nice view of river/ city. Clean room & facilities. Very nice!

Everything was clean, elegant lobby and the staff could not have been more welcoming.
The beds were comfortable.

I would definitely stay here again. Very convenient to major highways.

I liked that the parking lot was well lighted. The hotel overall was clean and upscale

Very nice accommodations, I would come back to this hotel. It was easy to find. Parking was protected and well lighted. Felt comfortable.

Room had all the extras a business traveler needs.
Restaurant was very limited in selections.

Friendly service, rooms have everything you would need and the location is very convenient to downtown businesses and activities. Would gladly stay here again.

Poor front desk staff, poor eating area, poor room service.

They did not enter us in their computer when we checked in and could not figure out how to enter us when we tried to check out. This may still be a problem for us. Eating area is small and not well laid out. First day after arrival, our room was not made up.

Underground parking and nice décor.
Channels 4 and 5 had no sound on the TV.

This was a good value, and I'm surprised it's only a 2-star rating. I would give it higher. The breakfast was very good - much more than just a continental type. Clean and comfortable.
