This hotel does not deserve the time it would take for me to rate it. Avoid at all costs!

Smoke smell room; bathroom needs repair (toilet ran, door wouldn't close and paint was peeling off the walls).

Cable stations were sparse, not a lot of choice, bed was uncomfortable.

I did not like this hotel at all.
The placed smelled, it was dirty, ventilation system noisy.

Hard bed, poor housekeeping, and a noisy ventilation system. A below average place to stay.

Dirty, Stinky, Breakfast was terrible.

Unfriendly staff members, particularly the breakfast server. Breakfast food are the same everything. Cigarette smells in the hallway. Found a live bug on my pillow. Bad experience! Please don't go there!! Dirty and stinks! Will rather pay more for better hotel! Rather than Best Western, is WORST western hotel!

It was really surprising how nice and clean it was when we opened the room. Staff was wonderful.
I don't remember them telling me to not put the key card next to my cell phone. The key card was wiped clean.

We loved it, the breakfast was better than I expected, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff was great.

This hotel was perfect for the price and the location in relation to why we were there. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner / updated, but overall everything was fine.
